Image Tracer Convert bitmaps into optimized, layered SVG contours using 2 dominant colors only: background and foreground object. All engines now run in silhouette mode. Maximum 10 images per batch.

All trace engines now run in silhouette mode only: a full-canvas background layer plus one foreground/object layer. Cumulative contour layering remains the same. Each layer summary shows color coverage and node count. If the final SVG exceeds the total 3,000-node limit, the result is blocked and shown as too complex.

Shape Inventory & Attributes

All <rect>, <circle>, <ellipse>, <polygon>, <path>, <line>, and <polyline> elements are counted, including stroke-only and free-curve paths. Primitive shapes can be broken into editable geometry.

Export Settings

Generate Bounding Path Create one or more tight rectangular outlines around visible SVG shapes. Generated outlines share one Bounding Path Layer and always use no fill.

Remove SVG base-canvas Detect a removable outer square/rectangle base-canvas and remove only that base shape.

Smoothen Outline

Level 5–100 controls smoothing strength. Line simplifies noisy outlines into clean straight segments; Curvy refits them with smooth curves. Marquee selection limits processing to selected shapes; otherwise all outlines are scanned. Inner Shape Focus prioritizes enclosed counters such as B, O, P, and R and follows the selected approach. Undo restores exactly one Smoothen Outline pass.

Dynamic mode preserves every image aspect ratio with no crop and no stretch. The optimizer fixes the square composition first; the Grid Gap is then applied as spacing only, so moving the 0–25 px slider never rerolls image order, rotation, or topology. Images resize proportionally around the same composition to make room for the selected gap. Randomize Composition is the explicit control for rolling another near-optimal arrangement.
